Stressed because he can't satisfy your wants? Well, what are you wanting that he can't do? Were you expecting too much out of him? Were you nagging about material things or what? You will need to figure out what you were doing that drove him away. If he was trying and you made him feel like nothing he did was good enough you only have yourself to blame for being a spoiled brat. If that isn't the case then maybe he was just using that as an excuse to break-up. If this is true then you should forget him and move on.

Ensure you've let him know how much you love him and that you're willing to work on making the relationship less stressful for him.  Then leave him alone for a few weeks to give him time to miss you and rethink his decision.  This process works like magic, but you need a little self control after telling him how you feel to stop contacting him for a few weeks. You are probably young and pretty so why would you want to attract someone who obviously want to meet other women or are unworthy of you?  Never go back, only forward.  If he wants to come back, he needs to come back when you are ready, not him after he left you.  Don't be easy.

Well, he was stressed because he thinks he cannot satisfy you. Maybe you expect a lot from him, and maybe he feels that you can't appreciate him, that you can't acknowledge the things that he does for you. If you really love him and you wanted to bring him back, well show him how much you appreciate him and how you are thankful to have him in your life.

And if ever he didn't come back to you, just learn to let him go. Or maybe, he just wanted some space.
