If you don't have a title, but you know what your subject is going to be about, just start writing.  The title may become apparent to you while you write.

What you can do is write a temporal name and then change it once your storie is complete.

There are different ways to write a story, onje is from the point of view of the topic-title and the other fromk the relationship amond the characters. The most important about a story us not knowing or not the name at the begining but actually writting it!

You want to do about the truth,,,but how about the truth? why is important to tell a story about it? who is struggling with telling the truth or lying? if you set this questions in voice of a character its easier ti find a plot. A plot is the conflict of the story...I will write a hub soon about that.

Meanwhile..if you are just looking for titles that inspire you...
you can write a list of concepts or definition about the truth..that are important for you..and then write a principal idea, which can be your title or not.  For now, I can tell you some suggestions,

    1. In search of truth
    2. The dark side of the truth
    3. painful truth
    4. The 2 side of the coin "truth" "mask"

I hope this is useful, feel free to contact me if you need more info. I am writer and storyteller and I have been teacher In Mexico of writing and drama, thats why I took the oportunity to answer you. Enjoy writing!

I was working on a semi autobiographical novel for three years before I had a title- then one day it came to me.

Write and it will become apparent to you.
