   my big sister and her children are being stalked and are scared the only thing is its the kids dad
   
   i just need some advice on whats the best protection spell i can use i am have only just started practicing i really need your help on the matter

   Speaking as one magickal person to another, If you really want to help protect your sister and her kids, you need to notify the police department where your sister lives, and file a complaint or get a restraining order against the dad.
   
   Magickal actions have to happen in conjunction with real-life ones to be effective.

   she has done all that but they wont listen to her i have been through this myself so i understand what she is going through and she tried to get an injunction order against him but all her solicitor is saying is she cant do it because he has not become aggresive towards her but he has told her he is going himself to himself in front of their kids its got to the point where the children no longer allowed out to play my niece talks to me about it and her way of coping is to scrub my sisters kitchen clean and it worries me to the point where i told my sister about it i hoped i did the right thing in telling her i am scared for them and now i do not know what to do also is there anything to do to calm my niece's worries down coz when i babysit she wont leave my side

   I wouldn't resort to spells because I think this really should be in the hands of the local authorities.  Are there any domestic abuse helplines you can call?  Because they can give you advice about how to go about it so that your case is heard.

   It all depends. If the kids like the interaction with the father then I believe everyone would support him being around.
   If the father is dangerous to the person with the kids or the own kids then things change.
   Usually, if the kids have no fear then the father is not a threat to them.
   Perhaps your sister should then find someone else to take the kids wherever.
   If they produce statements on being scared, feeling threatened, then you can get interdiction order easily and for free in Australia and Brazil at least.
