CHRISTIANITY IS NOT A RELIGION,it is a SALVATION.Can anyone identify with this fact?

Religion is a made-up and self-invented way of serving God.Christianity was
not form nor inspired by humankind. It is a SALVATION which set us free from spiritual bondage and present a NEW LIFE BEYOND COMMON INTELLECT.

I can agree to this though I refer it to a way of life. A lifestyle that God had intended for us to live before the fall of man. Christianity is not a religion. No other religion offers the free gift of salvation. ALL religions are work based. You provide your own kind of salvation. you save yourself by doing good deeds. Christianity is not the same. No good deed you do will get you salvation. In fact, Jesus said that no man is good except the Father (God).

Religion is such a tainted word now due to history.  I would describe Christianity as a Revolution, a movement, a stand against the principles and forces of evil that have moved into all areas of our lives.  It is a relationship with the almighty God that created us, loved us, died for us, then rose for us.  Christianity is a victory over the darkness tries to diminish and destroy the way God designed us to live.  Christianity is a journey, with God as our guide, to pick us up when we fall and to give us strength when we are weak.  God is love.  Praise be to God.

Christianity is about the Person of Jesus Christ who offered Himself so that we may be reconciled to God and live. Christianity should not be lumped together with other religions or categorised as a religion. In fact, God never gave our relationship with Him a name. We did it ourselves, starting at Antioch.
The religions of the world belong to the citizens of the world. Identifying with Christ makes us citizens of Heaven, where we are already seated with Him. Thus, we are in this world, but not of this world.

What most people call Christianity I call "Churchianity".

Believing in Christ is not the same as knowing Christ, and going to church has about as much in common with gaining salvation as standing in a garage has to do with becoming a car. Salvation is personal redemption, an individual's deliverance from the power of sin.

Priests, preachers and those who profess to do the "work" of God, if they could "save" us, they'd put themselves out of business. ...And, religion has become a business. Jesus never passed a collection plate, instead He threw the money-changers out of the temple!

As new-agey as it sounds, I feel deeply about discovering Christ in my Heart and allowing that discovery to transform my whole being in and through His Truth (IMHO, that's salvation).

If "religion" is humankind's manifestation of the eternal struggle between Good & Evil, and equally an acknowledgement of humankind's rather menial place in the entire scheme of things, wouldn't you think it reasonable to recognize that there IS a "God" (big G), but not to worship him - or the Devil, either?

From the perspective I have described, I would not identify with your premise at all.

I agree. Christianity is a lifestyle. We can not be saved by good works. Salvation is under God's grace.
