Do most peopl read blogs or do they just comment on them in order to gain reciprocation?
I know this is a very cynical question and I know it's not about many of us, because I read blogs and many people read mine too. However, if you look through information about social networking on the net, the emphasis is on gaining followers, gaining backlinks, commenting and adding friends to gain traffic. It's all a bit crazy really. You end up with a vast network of backlinked blogs and users which are apparently good for advertisers ... but is everyone just gunning for themselves to get noticed, or are we sharing information? Perhaps, perhaps not. Your thoughts folks... honestly now!
It depends on who visits them. If its an internet marketer. Then if they are good they will skim it, if they were bad they will read the title and post a comment.
If its a regular human I think they would read it.
I blog as well, and I never accept any of the links unless its legit, and doesn't lead anywhere.
I do both. If the topic is interesting, I'll read the blog and bookmark it. But if it's a DoFollow blog comment on it no matter what for the backlink!
If the topic is interesting i'm reading it, and post my insights. Well, all motives are there, for that person to visit your hubpages too and also to give insights feels good. I actually bookmarked some hubs for my own reference and that could help me everyday and in the future. But you'll know on your hub search keywords if how your hub was search. When it was found through search engine and if they left some comments i guess that is for sure they just wanted to say something about your hub.
If the blog post get my interest i read it. Bot sometimes yes people just comment on them to gain reciprocation.
Honestly speaking , this is my 3rd id on Hubpage. Just see below the three steps what I did and what I do now with my id's.
1st id # I never made any comment or never read any posts of others rather than writting my own hubs . Because I did not know the benifit of it.
2nd id # I made a huge number of comment and and asked huge number of question here to gain extra attention of others. Because I read a hub about how to make your own hubs to get more attention of hubbers.
3rd id # I have no intention to gain any attention of anyone. I just read if the hubs gets my attention and also make some comment if I get myself having some real and thoughtful opinion.
That's how I am getting changed. I don't know what's going to be happening with my 4th id.
Lets just wast and see....

I've been here for nearly two months now and think I'm learning the ropes now, but I'm wondering about one thing. When another hubber stops by my hub and comments, I try to get back to theirs and do the same. Sometimes though, if life is particularly busy, I might miss one. Is there some black list...

When I first started on Hubpages, there seemed to be more reciprocation. In other words, if I read and commented on someone's hub, they'd do the same on one of mine. But now that doesn't seem to be the case. Has anyone else noticed the same?

Love feeds on the joy that comes from within. Feelings strengthened by thinking thoughts of kindness, peace, hope and success toward the one that is loved. It needs no invitation, no encouragement, no telling, no touching, no appreciation, no gifts, no looks, no words - written or spoken. It is not...

What I did with the blogs is find some related blogs to the topic of my article and read em, then tried to write a nice quality comment for...
