I am a big fan of playing......yes, playing.  Ride the merry-go-round, jump some rope, hoola hooping.  Borrow some neighborhood kids, gather your own kids or grandkids or just play frisbee with your dog.  Dance in the rain, whatever it is......just let go and be childlike.

Practise yoga daily, and spend time daily with  younger generation, listening to them and talking to them. Also always fill your mind with positive thoughts.

I tell people to eat lots of fruits and vegetables. I personally don't recommend drugs of any kind.

I always wash my face and do the whole routine before I go to bed, no matter how tired I am.  I have a sticker on my bedroom mirror that says, you are beautiful.

In part, my favorite anti-aging tip is my kids who are 11 and 12 years of age.  However, I enjoying treating myself to an old-fashioned mudd facial and an occasional steam after a workout.  I enjoy resistance training and boxer-style rope jumping and a sauna or steam cleanses the pores and relaxes the body from head to toe.  I eat a lot of raw colorful vegetables and fruits.  My favorite is pomegranate.  Regularly, I toss a truckload of my favorite fruits and vegetables in a emulsifying blender and some crushed ice for a smoothie-type treat.

Keeping stress levels down and your spirits up also promotes longevity and youthfullness to me.

    Forever young!

Begin by nourishing your skin from within!   I’m asked all the time if I've had Botox or fillers, and I’ve had neither.  But in addition to caring for my skin topically, I take amino acids, omega multi's and other anti-inflammatory vitamins and minerals for healthy, youthful looking skin.
