Network. Build your fanclub up and copy and paste url's of your hubs on websites that represent what your hub is about (for instance, if you published a hub about hip-hop music, find a hip-hop news site to put your url on). Make sure when you title your hubs that you're using words in the title that are searhable on the internet.

For somebody to read your Hubs, they have to find your Hubs first. Better content and keywords help you to show up in searches. After that it is self promotion and some luck.

Start with the HubPages community: read other hubs and make good comments, ask and answer questions,  some Hubbers are active in the Forums. This all gets your HubPages ID and profile link in front of others.

Then expand into off site promotion. Comment on blogs, post on sites like shetoldme, etc to get your ID out there. Use your HubPages profile as you link.

Read the profiles of other top rated hubbers and see what they do and say on the topic. Most are great at sharing.

To get your hubs read by other hubbers then you need to consider the following points,

You need to create quality contents with relevant and contextual keywords for easy navigation.

Know some basic SEO to enable search bots to easily find your content and display it on Google and Yahoo top SERP.

Follow more Hubbers, the more hubbers you follow the more likely they' ll follow you.

Place more quality comments on other hubbers stuff, the more comments you place, the more you spread your profile; know this, if your comment sound more like a contribution then other Hubbers who read this will most likely navigate to your profile- where they get to read more interesting hubs.

    Vote other people stuff up.

Use powerful headlines with relevant keywords as your in your headline.

Use good keywords within your hub, and use these keywords to create anchor texts.

Spread the word on FB and Twitter, these days you can never know where the traffic can come from.

    Burn your Hub feeds

    post on forums

    Answer more questions

Create useful back-links on sister sites like squidoo.

Create more D-I-Y and do-it-yourself kinda articles.

    Never post spam comments.

Create intelligent hubs with good reference and links

Lastly, remain more active in the community as many hubbers tend to look at your last activity feeds to see how active or passive you have been to the community
