   If the earth was created in eternity but then fell out of eternity because of man's fall, how old is the earth really?

   to your second question - the religious belief about "man's fall' has no relevance to the age of the earth - the earth is STILL 4 billion years old,  life began about 1 billion years ago. the human race had a common ancestor with apes several million years ago

   I'll have to go with the others. It's age is determined by the fact that is a ___ day old coffee table, or whatever.  However, the table is comprised of wood that's 500 years old.

   This is a case where definitions are important.
   
   If you define the age of the coffee table by the age of its materials of construction then you might say it is 500 years old.
   
   But then you must define materials of construction.  Because the wood is made up of what, long chain organic materials.  So when were those atoms they contain created?
   
   So to take that to the question about the age of the Earth, I suppose the real answer is only God knows.

   The coffee table is not even a day old, the wood is 500 years old. They are not the same thing. As for the other part, well, that doesn't make any sense and isn't based in any scientific facts.
