   Hi Sarah. I would definitely recommend either of the books of my favorite authors Og Mandino and Mitch Alboom. The greatest salesman in the world by Mandino is a must-read. Five people you met in heaven/ Tuesdays with Morrie by Alboom are amazingly good.

   One book I always buy for younger family members is Jonathan Livingston Seagull described as  "about a seagull learning about life and flight, and a homily about self-perfection."
   
   The book reached the top of the New York Times Best Seller list where it remained for 38 weeks in the early seventies.

    I would recommend The Richest Man in Babylon by George S. Clason. It's a fantastic book about garnering wealth and it's relatively short too (for those who find reading boring). It's not quite a how to, but it does have tips in short stories about the citizens of Babylon and how they went from poor to rich. It even has tips on how to save and get out of debt at the same time. It is just a great read.

    Birds Without Wings by Louis de Bernierre - Its so beautifully written with a great storyline. The story if fictional but the history line it follows is based on fact.

    I would recommend the Bible, because it has all the answers to every question in life that you could ever ask and it gives you everything you need to know to be a successful and caring person in life.  Every word in it is absolutely true beyond a shadow of a doubt and it is the only source that I trust for any of life's questions.

    CITY BOY, by Herman Wouk. It is a well written fund story about two kids from New York who get into all kinds of trouble. Loads of laughs but serious also.

    I would have to say Viktor E. Frankl's "Man's Search for Meaning" which incorporates first-hand descriptions of the Holocaust. Frankl provides in-depth psychological ailments of Man and evidently, suggests that which makes us human that I believe can be summed up in a following quote:
