Well, $30 is not a very big amount, I think it is quite easy to get it.

If one plans to do it through affiliate sites like this one, it does take some knowledge of how to properly target your market and how to find unmet needs within that market that you can fill with your information. It also generally takes a bit of an article base for the money to really start adding up, though there are several hubbers who make substantial amounts every day on a handful of hubs. Other than that, depending on your particular skills, there are many freelance opportunities available online through marketplaces such as Elance and Guru, which are where I got my start. If you have a little bit of web development skill, there can also be good money in developing your own niche sites, but there is a lot to learn first about marketing and properly monetizing the conversions on your site.

It sounds like a phrase but there are literally thousands of ways to earn money online. Whatever you choose you need to be in focus and persistent. Don't stretch out with too many things.
Remember to make a plan and strategy before everything.
