    What do you think is the main reason for some people to have repeated success in business while others have repeated failure?

    Effective and carefully thought out planning. Then follow through.
    The single biggest reason for small business start-up failure is under-capitaization. This doesn't explain repeated failures. But one successful business can fund a second business with a decent business plan, allowing the entrepreneur to repeat his/her success formula.
