    I drink black tea daily, it has great benefits, it kills bacteria in the mouth and stomach and also reduces stress and curves your appetite.

    bananas, maga green protein drink, bakes lamb,kale, talapia or baked salmon, orange juice, Fiji water, taco salad, ect.

    I drink XS Energy drinks. They have no caffeine, no sugar, no callories or carbs. They are full of b vitamins for energy.

    Protein shake (Synta 6). I add it to any sort of diet/fitness regimee.
