Do you find yourself not reading, or not responding to questions when people ask many in a row?
It's a trend I've noticed on here, people asking question after question. And I find myself skipping over these hubbers, I can't really say why, but I do.
This is not what you think, this may be a kind of experience with you but, if question is able to attract the hubbers than probably someone come to answer the question. Don't worry keep asking your questions.
No, I like to read the questions anyway. I usually do not respond if someone is asking several questions in a row that are very much the same or if the questions do not make sense.
No not really.I usually forget about the first question,so i always answer new ones even if it's on similar subjects.Look at it this way,the time gap between those similar questions leaves room for more experience and more detailed answers.Wouldn't you agree?
Yes, I agree. I skip through them if the same person has asked a hundred questions.
Like you, mcrawford76, I do skip over the "several questions in a row".
The more questions I answer, the more I notice that it becomes obvious that most questioners who do this do it merely to get attention (perhaps) and/or to raise their Hub score. I notice that rarely are these Questions voted up or down, and since the Questions don't get any votes whatsoever, I'm assuming that the questioner doesn't even bother to read any of the replies.
How can you ask a Question, or several, and not even bother to read and/or comment on ANY of the Answers?
Personally, I think HubPages should have a quota, say one question per hour, or three per day, to give some sort of pause to the page-full of Questions from a single, uncaring questioner. I mean, afterall, we can only leave ONE Answer per Question, so why not limit the Questions?
I head to the answer section for a morning activity with coffee. I usually answer questions that interest me. But, sometimes I go about answering questions for a time period - say 1/2 hour. Then I start at the beginning of selection - hot, new, unanswered and answer until I meet that time allotment. I answer one question after the other. For me it is also a mind exercise - growing old prevention stuff - LOL. So, a long answer to your question is NO.

If you answer someone's question and they don't respond back, is that bad hub etiquette?

Why do some Hubber's ask very basic questions?I find some very basic questions being asked on HP. Some of these questions, the hubber can easily Google-search the answers. Why do they ask, anyway? Would you answer such questions?

I tried to post this in the answers section-where I think the question should be-but I kept being told the question had already been asked by someone else-not true-and I couldn't post it. This is directed only to hubbers who tend to respond to all comments left on their hub, rather than never...

When I look at the questions section of hubpages I see pages and pages of silly questions. A lot of the time, when I click on "unanswered" or "latest" I see that the same person has asked ten or so questions in a row. I suspect that in most cases this is because of the fact that...

To date, I have been denied permission to ask and/or answer questions because of revenge? mark downs by disgruntled hubbers. I get blocked for a while, then un-blocked, then blocked again. Also some of my Q&As are deleted by HP staff without notice or a chance to defend my position. The Q&A...
