    I would not.  If it was for the pure reason of getting them a visa and not because I truly love them, then I wouldn't.  I understand why they want one and fully support them and might find another way to help them get one, but marrying someone for that alone lacks morality in my book.

    No, never.  In my opinion and in my value system it violates the sanctity of marriage and turns it into a farce.  I wouldn't marry someone just for convenience.  Basically pretty much the same as Lovelife08 said.

    Only if it were a good friend with no criminal history and of course I would expect to be paid. I'm all about exploiting the loop-holes in imperfect systems. It causes the string-pullers to become embarassed and correct themselves.
