Do you lose points from your author/profile score when the auto-filters show a violation?

A couple of days ago the auto filters showed a violation on my hub which was just a glitch as pointed out by a staff member. However since then my score has been dropping even though my hub average and hub views have increased. I need to know if violations reduce hubberscores.

Mine fluctuates from 85 - 88. I have no idea why that happens though. I do the same things daily :-D
I never received a violation so I don't know about that

No idea, Cardisa. Considering it wasn't an actual violation, I can see why you are asking the question, though.

The hubpage people seem to have no answers to anything so all we can do is guess. It seems to me that this reduces score and in most cases it is a flag by a fellow hubber that catches a violation and I would imagine they might also vote your hub down and that without doubt lowers it.

My one experience with a 'violation' didn't seem to really affect my hubber score.  It took me 2 or 3 days to make the correction.  My violation was "an inocent mistake" and affected my hub score only slightly (downwards).  Your hubs are so good and you are always commenting and answering questions in the forums (to my delight) I would sincerely hope you were not "penalized" for a glich!

The question I believe we need to ask is what makes some people's Hubs stay at the same number all the time.

Personally I have experienced this recently . In 48 hrs my hubs went from 90's down to 77-80 ALSO my personal score went from 90 to 74. IN 48 hrs. There is no other reason than to point to a COMMENT I made on  a HUB , This particular person had 94 followers. They are attacking me for my comment. My best advice to you is do what I did. Hang low, exist and do what you do well... I have been a member for months!!! Took a long time to get my score up to where it was but now in 48hrs it is bad!!!!!!!!!      But the one time I said, ill answer this question, I know a good answer, 100 ppl don't agree and I get attacked and voted down. I know the hub community is mostly good people. But ill be honest this is probably the last comment or answer I will ever give, because being social here has caused me a lot of grief.!!!

Sincerely Gary , just a guy who was spreading knowledge to the world to save money, get free things, and have a laugh ...
