  If I view my account's Comments page, it's easy to view, approve and respond to unapproved comments. However, if I go to a new comment in one of my hubs and click Approve, I cannot reply to it directly on the comment.   Today I noticed that when I click on the 'go right' arrow in Amazon capsules, it brings me to the top of the page and I have to scroll down to the capsule again to click on the 'go up' arrow to place it next to a text capsule.   Try as I might, I can't respond to any comments in my hubs.  I can add a new comment, but I can't directly reply to comments.  I sign out and then sign back in, both on HP and the niche sites.How can I interact with my readers if I can't respond?
