If you could give your child only one advice, what would it be?
Be the better person! By that, I don't mean to suggest they are better than other people. Contrarily, I ask my children to always take the high road instead of going down into the ditch with others.
Believe in yourself - you can do anything you set your mind to if you remain vigilant.
Don't be afraid to be yourself, it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks.
Love who you are.
I believe this is one of the most important things that you can teach a child. It doesn't matter what they do now or what they grow up to do later. Status and wealth are unimportant. If you can't love yourself then you will never truly be happy with the choices you make.
Never give up! I have a child with autism and that is our motto.
I told my son the other night that Reading is Power, noone can take away knowledge.
child, don't be like daddy in the bad things, be like dad in the good things ; )
Always stay on the positive tip! Look for things that go right instead for things that go wrong.
That's all you need for a happy life.
I would advise my child to follow his or her passion when it comes to choosing an occupation.
no matter what you have done or not done, no matter who you are or who you are not, no matter who you become or do not become, you are worthy of love, and dad will always love you no matter what. btw, i repeat this to them regularly. i simply encourage them to be the best "themselves" they can be. we are all masterpieces anyhow.

If you could go back and give yourself advice at 16, what would it be?Now, that you know more than you did at 16 and life has taken you for turns and loops. Would that advice be something simple, easy or something to change your life.
