   What is worse: arms dealing, war for profit or urinating on the dead bodies of the enemy?
   
   Some US soldiers are in trouble for unrinating on dead Afghani insurgents. Does this strike anyone else as a little bizarre? The act of urination on a dead body is abhorrent - no argument there.
   However isn't the act of war and kiling sooooooo much worse? And yet the focus is on the disrespectful act of urination after the horrendous act of killing?

   The military industrial complex, saber rattling and resulting wars and conflicts are worse than one urinating on the dead. It is not as if, the deceased are going to complain, but it does indicate a mindset of our soldiers that is  troubling, instead of just merely mischievous

   All of these choices are horrible...but I would say arms dealing. Civilians are being killed in droves because of it. It used to be wars were fought by soldiers and the casualties were overwhelmingly soldiers....the tables have turned. More civilians than soldiers are causalities in war due to arms dealings. War is bad enough...we don't need non-military personnel being the bigger statistic.

   The same people who rant and rave about this might well be those who work for an armaments factory designing, manufacturing and distributing landmines.  It's all hypocrisy.  Isn't the Prime Minister of Great Britain at this moment negotiating an arms deal with the King of Saudi Arabia?     
   
   So much big business thrives on keeping the world from peace.   If it isn't big business, it's big religion, of one faith or another.    We all pay, of course, for what could be spent on useful goods and services goes on weapons systems which are obsolete before they even reach the military.
   
   I'm an optimist.   I think Humankind will eventually awake to the futility of war, but I don't expect that even my grandchildren will be still on Planet Earth when it eventually comes about.

   They are all bad. And what makes matters worse is the media bringing these stories to national tv. All that does is put our troops in harms way. These matters should not hit the airwaves and should be handled internally. I feel the news channels, reporting these atrocities should be fined to stop this kind of reporting from ever happening again. Yeah, I know, free press! Free press is one thing, but putting targets on our young men and women is wrong! The jobs they perform for our freedoms is hard enough.

   None of us like war, we don't like pain and suffering, but I have to be honest and say I really enjoy how good we have it here in the United States. That doesn't mean I am willing to condone bad things, but I am not leaving the country because of it!
   
   Having soldiers who are respectful and polite would be nice, but from a military standpoint, I would rather have meat eating dogs than someone worried about being PC.
   
   They shouldn't have done it. There are worse things, much worse things. I heard this on the radio too, "Unless you have been shot at like these men, then shut your mouth." with that, I guess I have to shut mine.
