I am usually so caught up in making sure I do everything correctly in the beginning that it takes me awhile to get to the enjoyment stage.  However, I do finally relax and enjoy the ride.

A very thought provoking question.  I have had many "new" chapters some of them came at the end of a happy previous chapter and others occured through transition, illness, death and professional or personal circumstances.

For me enjoyment, which is definitely something I always hope for and seek, is usually influenced by how or why the new chapter started and what other permissions I have to give myself.

Sometimes enjoyment is bang, right there at the beginning, other times, it's a part of the process of adjustment and creeps up on me slowly.  Other times it's not until a later time that I see there was enjoyment during that chapter of time.

I will be doing that in July when i move into an apartment by myself and I am looking to starting this new journey.  I haven't lived alone in 53 years and decided to time has come to take the challenge.

What's the point in opening it, if you can't enjoy it.  Did you open it to punish yourself, sit back and watch everyone else have fun.  New beginnings especially if you have taken and made the choice to start one should always be done with self in mind.  Believing and knowing that what you closed has no room for existence in the near or distance future.

I have to-to be more effective. I f I decided to go on, then I must go on, No looking back to pasts unless it is for inspiration and motivation. Since I choose to opened the new chapter myself, I rather enjoy it to the fullest.
