How can I get more fibre in my diet?

I am not a cereal eater at all and I don't like whole grain pastas, I think the taste of them takes away for the flavour of the sauces especially white wine sauces. What else can I do?

You could try mixing your morning cereal with yogurt, honey, half a chopped banana, a few teaspoons of flax seeds or flax oil.  It is very very good for you.  I also add half a squeezed lemon!
You could make your own spelt bread or carrot cakes using healthy cereal flours.

They make those wafer things, or you could use metamucil.  We started buying this wheat bread that, at first, seems like eating twigs and branches, you get used to it and toasted it is really good.   A couple of handfuls of nuts, well chewed, like almonds is great too.

I agree, I do not like the whole grain pastas--they really do taste like I imagine cardboard would taste like.

Steel cut oatmeal for breakfast. Mix in two spoons of ground flax seed. Drizzle honey  and sprinkle cinnamon to taste.

It's also great to replace a meal with salad. Also eating apples and celery sticks.

There are many ways to up your fibre intake. fresh fruit and vegetables are a good source of fibre. Start eating foods such as apples, berries, beans of all kinds, avocado, and much more.

Almonds and other nuts have a good amount of protein and fibre and are a great snack on the go.

Fruit and vegetables.  There is something called Fiber Choice.  It's a bottle of tablets usually found in the first aid isle as well as in the diet section.  You can also go online and input foods with fiber in the search engine and some web sites will pop up for you to explore.
