   Does the Fact that a State is preparing for Social Collapse worry You?
   
   On Friday, the Wyoming House of Representatives advanced a bill to set up a task force to prepare for the total economic and political collapse of the United States. Per the bill, the panel would investigate things like food storage options and metals-based currencies, to be implemented in the event of a major catastrophe.
   
   Then it goes three steps further. An amendment by the bill's GOP sponsor, state Rep. David Miller, calls on the task force to examine "Conditions under which the state of Wyoming should implement a draft, raise a standing army, marine corps, navy and air force

   It worries me that they do not know that it is unconstitutional for a state to raise their own army or create their own currency.  It's also concerning that a landlocked state wants an aircraft carrier.  It seems there is a certain group of people in this country capable of saying the craziest stuff imaginable and making it sound plausible.  My real concern is with self-fulfilling prophesy.

   Oh, wow!  Yes, this indicates that they likely know something that is not public knowledge and are taking responsible action. Sure makes me wonder what we, the public, do not know.

   Thank goodness someone is preparing to fight the evil army of socialists, gay people, and women's uteruses that are building an army on their moonbase (that's the real reason for Gingrich's comment - He knows they are there!)

   Nothing really concerns me, some people are careful for nothing and because of their suspicions will take every step to protect themselves from imagined evil. It happens everyday.

   Yes, that does worry me, and yet I'm not surprised.
   
   Frankly, I'm disappointed that a state would choose to make itself a nation rather pool resources with other states through Congress.
   
   That Wyoming would consider such a move raises more questions:
   
   1. What is their definition of 'social collapse'?
   
   2. What is the assumed 'enemy' the state is defending itself against?
      The state is land locked, so does it plan the conquest of Oregon and Washington
       to reach the Pacific?
   
   And I'm not surprised that this is a GOP sponsored bill.
