    stocks always increase the most but do be careful as the economic is still not stable at this stage

    I like to invest in people. Helping other either with my money or my time always returns dividends to me.

    Right now I think that the best investment would have to be real estate.  The reason why I say that is because real estate is in the down right now and would make it more affordable.  If you are able to afford to buy yourself 2, 3, 4, 5 units now would be the perfect time to take advantage of this opportunity.  Depending on where you live you should be able to end up on the positive side if you do your homework. 

    Although some may say that this is not a good place to do business, but I personally think that if you are able to buy real estate in an area that provides section 8.  I know that this is a bad way to look at it but you are almost for sure that you are going to get your rent money one way or another.
