   Rub Tea Tree Therapy Eucalyptus Chest Rub (or Vicks Vapor rub) on their feet! It's soothing, relaxing and especially helps remedy a cough. Having a cool mist humidifier is also helpful.

   three things I find helpful are honey, lemon, and ginger. I usually put some apples, greens, lemon, and a small piece of ginger in my juicer to fight off cold. I deal with seasonal allergies and find a spoonful of raw honey to be a good preventative method.

   The best thing we do for colds is Vicks Vaporub in and under the nose at night and epsom salt baths (helps clean out the lymph nodes and acts as an immune boost).

   Also I'm a believer in Vick's. It worked when I was a kid and it still works now :} If it ain't broke, why fix it?
