Does it scare you to write, even though we know someone is stealing our hubs?

As Many of you know, another site, who I will not give credit to, has stolen many of our hubs.  I know most of you, as I am, are very irritated and outraged by this, but does it not scare you to continue writing hubs, knowing they can steal it too.  Are you afraid that they won't take it one step further and publish it in a book or something?

I love writing...just writing my thoughts but it does scares me when my hubs are stolen. When my answer to a question once, it really made me mad...it's a very bad feeling knowing that some shameless and conscience-less people stubs you in the back, I can't understand why they are doing that.

Thanks for the information. I never know it before. Now I am wondering why hubpages managers try to solve it. Besides, I choose not to be afraid, because there is nothing I can do about it but continue.

To be honest, I AM a little afraid.

However, that's not the only reason that I have decided not to publish unless that shitty website comes down. I am mad, furious, afraid, angry, and sad as well. I am really missing that 'Start A New Hub' Button' sad

For those who don't know the site, it is BigEzine  .  com, just find a subject, click on it and in the search bar type the title of your hub or even the first few words of the hub.....they are fictitious authors, run by one guy......Hunbbel Meer is the one who first broke the story, so check out his HUB.....
@Hunbbel Meer, I agree, I don't want to write for the same reasons and wait for that site to come down....I am mad, sad and miss writing.....and the start a new hub, I know that these things will happen, but I also think that the site you write for, should do a little more than what they are doing.  I have written them, followed the instructions to file a DMCA complaint, have yet to hear a word......We shall see....but I miss writing.....

I am still writing. I am just not publishing. I am not afraid, I just don't want to have to keep writing DCMA's. I have other more important things to do with my time than write those. Like cleaning .

it irritates me that these thieves are allowed to get away with what they are doing. personally, i think that HubPages should go after them. they have the money and the clout to shut such a place down. they insist we write quality, original hubs, and we do this. they SHOULD protect us. that is my feelings on the matter. it is not fair that someone can come along and take our hard work and research and steal it calling it their own.
