   Can I publish articles of my relatives who are not members of hubpages.com with their permission?
   
   relatives and friends cannot manage account on hubpage.com but they want to publish their articles under my name.

   I guess if people can be hired to write HP articles, people can write them for free. However, I don't know if your relatives would get the byline.

   So long as the article you are publishing is original and meets hubpages requirements regarding acceptable material, and is well written (good sentences, correct spelling, etc.), you can publish it under your name.  Your name or pen name will automatically appear at the top.  You have no control over that.
   
   You can give credit to the writer if you choose by placing a 'by line' at the top of the article a few lines under the title in the same manner as reporters have their names listed on news stories.  For example:  By John Doe for Pedagog
   
   Whether or not you give the writer a 'by line' is something you and the writer should agree upon in advance.  Discuss the terms you are willing to offer the writer including anything you may earn on that particular article.  You should be able to tell how much that article has contributed to your earnings with Google Analytics if you are willing to share any income it produces. 
   
   Since you are the publisher, you have the responsibility for meeting hubpages requirements even if you didn't write the article yourself.  You determine what if anything you are willing to publish for other people and what terms you are willing to offer them, family, friend, stranger, or whomever.
   
   You might want to get written permission, not just verbal permission, from anyone you publish to avoid problems down the road that you can't foresee at this time.

      hubpages has no objection that I am aware of so long as anything you publish meets their requirements and standards.  Remember, you are responsible for everything you publish on hubpages no matter who wrote it.
