   Poland because I have very good friends there and everyone is very friendly. There are beautiful cities like Krakov and Torun to visit.

   I've always been interested and infatuated with Spain, however, I've never actually visited there.  Close, but didn't make it.  However, I did spend time in Italy and loved it.  I also visited Switzerland, France and Morocco, but Italy was my favorite of my tour. 
   
   Why?  Beautiful museums, countryside, buildings, artwork, sculpture, food, wine, rivers, seasides, coastline, people.  Hmmm, gee, I'm getting the feeling of wanting a return visit, haha.

      I lived in Italy so I totally understand but for Eastern European countries I think Poland, Hungry, and Croatia. Pretty much Poland and anything on the Med.

   Another vote for Poland, as its home to the Bialowieza Pusczca, the last primeval forest left in the whole of Europe. I hope to visit it some day.

   My favorite would be the Czech Republic. Photos from this country are breathtaking and amazing. The architecture of old buildings in Prague are entrancing. I hope to visit this country one day.

      I have relatives from Czech Repiblic and I would love to visit as well.  I am told the art is just fantastic.

      The Med is beautiful and they have some really lovely islands just off Croatia I would love to buy a house on one of them.  Agreed!

   I'd like to visit one of the Baltic countries, Estonia, Latvia or Lithuania, because of their history, natural beauty and because I don't know enough about them. If I had to choose one, it would be Estonia-- they are in the forefront of integrating the Internet into government and daily life. You can vote from your laptop, they have free WiFi covering much of the coountry, every citizen has the right (and the means) to know who has looked at their records-- whether the looker is the government, a corporation or an individual.

   i see pretty much all the votes are for Polland. i am from Bulgaria and i've traveled around a lot. I too like Polland, but I think the Chech Republic is my fav. I was there few years ago, i dont know if it changed since then. hopefully it didnt change too much. If you want to visit Chech Republic i absolutely recommend you visit  Prague (of course) , but if you get a chance go to Brno too, it is amazing. If you need cheap flights try www.expedia.no
