    is it appetizing, healthy and economical?

    It is believed in Indian mythology that having only fruits for a day detoxify our body and makes us feel good.

    I love fruit, but one day I decided to detox with fruit juices and even I got tired of it! I had to vary the flavors by juicing veggies as well. I guess it was too much sugar for me.
