   How many average hubpage views per day you should get inorder for you to cashout $ 500 every month?
   
   Any advice from monthly earners? or experienced hubbers?....

   It is impossible to give an exact number, it does depend on the topics you write about etc.  But to estimate a ballpark figure, if you wanted to get $500 from the HubPages Ad program, and you estimate that you have a RPM (rate per millie, i.e. per 1000 views) of $5, You would need to have 100,000 views per month to get $500, so a bit over 3000 views a day.  Of course if you had so many visits you would also earn from Adsense, Amazon and Ebay, so in fact the number would be lower than this.
   
   This is why it depends on the topics you write about.  If you have a lot of sales lenses, you probably earn quite a lot from Amazon, so you don't need quite so many visitors.  Your Adsense click through rates and how much you get paid per click also depend quite a lot on the topic.  I write informative or 'educational' hubs, they earn mostly through HubPages Ad impressions.  I suspect more practical, how to articles would have a better rate for Adsense clicks. 
   
   So it does depend on what kind of hubs you write and how good you are at earning from affiliate programs like Amazon, I suspect that the figure of 100k per month/3k per day is a bit high, but probably not off by orders of magnitude.

   Because traffic and earnings are so different for various topics, there is no clear answer for this.  A person with a higher CPM will need less page views than someone who gets a lower CPM.  And advertising rates not only vary with Hub topic, but also time of month and time of year.

   Hi Jujanester, your question is one that everyone wonders, but to be honest it all falls on many factors MAINLY what type of category you write on, and what type of adds get placed. I write on videogames which has low paying adds, and while I get around 2000+ views per day, I make a mere $4.00-$5.00 per day. With that being said, If I had been writing all this in the law category, and getting the same number of views, my CPM (cost per thousand impressions) may be more like $5.00-$10.00, and would be making 10 to 20 dollars per day instead of what I am now. So in the end, just write quality content, and when the views come you will make money, but you will have to wait and see what your category is bringing in on CPM to figure out exactly how many views you need for $500.00 per month.

      I never realized that different topics have different rates!  Thanks for the info.  I was too looking for direct information about payment, but I am coming to realize a person  should just be happy with what they get.

   Not a direct answer, but for a lot of reasons you'd be better off publishing and promoting your own web site.
   
   1. Keep 100% of commissions.
   
   2. Your site could get taken down or penalized (You retain 100% control).
   
   3. The more similiar content (articles) you put on your site, the more authority you get from search engines...Individual hubs seem to just be out on their own.

   it's not that topics have different rates per se, but that people LOOKING for different topics  have different likelihoods of clicking on ads - eg, someone looking for poetry, or following a friend /follower here on HP is less likely to click on an ad than someone who found your hub while trying to find a good deal on a camera.  the content of your hub ultimately isnt as important as the chance that it will attract a person who is going to click on an ad.  so, for many of us, you need to decide whther you're writing hubs to entice ad-clickers, or for some other, less mercenary reason

      Actually that is not true.  With the HubPages Ad program we get paid by impressions rather than by clicks.  You can see that from the earnings page.  With Adsense different keywords have very different CPC, from 2cents to several $.

   Nobody has mentioned this, but I suspect internal views (views from fellow hubbers) are a lot less valuable compared to external views (e.g., views from Google search)?

   In my experience the Hubpages Ad program pays about $3 per 1000 views.  So it would take about 100,000 to make $300.
