What ice cream flavor would you invent if you worked for Ben and Jerry's?

The company usually takes a smooth creamy flavor like chocolate or vanilla and then adds tons of chunks of chocolate, cookies, fruits, nuts, etc. What would you come up with?

Fajita flavor with japaleno chunks in it, just kidding that would be gross. I don't see how anyone could improve on chocolate.

I was in Gilroy, Ca years ago for their annual garlic festival and they offered garlic ice cream. Believe it or not it was good! jalapeno carmelized with garlic cream ice cream....a possibility!

Well, I'd probably be fired for not coming up with something more creative than this; but I'd suggest adding more of the  "crunch" (butterscotch, hard-candy, bits; for anyone who doesn't already know that) to buttercrunch ice cream (if they even have anything that basic); and calling it, "Butter-double-crunch".

I would buy that, I love butter crunch ice cream and it is hard to find.

I LOVE tapioca, and I think tapioca in ice cream would be unique ...and I would definitely buy it.  I did email them a few years ago with that suggestion, but guess they did not agree.
They could put apple syrup in vanilla ice cream with the tapioca.  Or carmel.  or even raspberry swirl or chocolate.
There is a place on a parkway in this area that serves bubble teas, loaded with those big black tapioca pearls.  They give you a big straw to suck up the tapioca.  I always get the strawberry blizzard with the black pearls in the bottom.  My very favorite drink.
    I also love tapioca pudding.
Now I'm hungry for ice cream!  Good question!  Blessings, Sparklea smile

I think I would call it Divine Invention or Intervention; it would include a base of vanilla ice cream combined with raspberries, blueberries and pink bitter grapefruit (to offset the sweetness of raspberries and blueberries). There would be both berries and ribbons of blueberries, raspberries and grapefruit running through the vanilla base.

How about horchata ice cream with bananas and salted caramel? I'd be the first in line to buy it! :  )

Vespawoolf, cool, I had to look up horchata because I had no idea what it was and boy does that sound good. I think I would be in line for this one, too! I love anything with a nutty flavor and it would compliment the bananas and caramel so well!
