   I noticed the first gray strand of hair at the age of 41, that's the age age I am now. But I haven't noticed any more gray hair after beginning to take B-12 and B-6 vitamins.

   Around 40. That's also when my eye doctor told me my perfect eyesight was no more and that I'd need reading glasses from now on.

   I just turned 41 and can't get a gray or white to save my life. My brothers are five and ten years younger than me and they both have plenty of gray.

   This is an impressive question, for it is a sign for a life point, noticeable and meaningful. I remember I noticed the first white hair before 30. Actually, I have dark hair with good quality and good living habit. So, it might not be a sign for aging, but it really reminded me of something. It was really white and shining, so I can't even forget it.

   I had my first gray when I was 22 years old and its in mu mustaches. I consult with doctor as I was too young to have gray hair. He told me that it is common at this age to get gray hair. He even told me that some got gray hair at much younger age. The reason he told me this happens because of unnecessary tension. The more tensed you are your life the more gray hair it will be.

    I was 21 and my father noticed it and started to make fun of me.  He told me i would be all gray by the time i was 30.  Thankfully i am now 31 and only have a couple more grays then i did 10 years ago.  Im not totally worried about it,  I mean hey i can always go to the store and buy hair dye.

       Good attitude! It's your hair and you can do what you want with it and even Dads aren't allowed to make fun of it. Unless your color is metallic and not in the standard 6 (or was it 8?) found in the Crayola box. Then I think Dad can laugh a little:-)

       What do you want hair dye for, there's nowt wrong with grey hair. It's just a natural process of getting older, it happens to everyone.

    I was in my late twenties when I first noticed a few gray strands. Fortunately, I do not have any more.  It was miraculous! I bought a box of hair color one day, and.....poof!.....The gray strands were gone! They are now dark brown! I rinse and repeat every couple of months.

    I'm only 23 and I already have a couple. I had a friend in school that had quite a bit of grays and she was only in 7th grade... it seems gray hair doesn't really care how old you are ^_^

    I've been getting silver hair since my mid-twenties.  They are right around my part and show very clearly against my dark hair, so thank god for hair dye! In between dye jobs, I pull them out.  Only one more grows back, although they are shorter and tend to stick straight up, which makes them more obvious! lol

    I started to have grey hair in my early 30s! It had a lot to do with high stress levels at work etc.. I was able to change that so that the pace of greying reduced and all turned out well in that respect. They say it is also related to genes.
