If President Obama is re-elected will there be a civil war?

That's what many Obama haters are saying do you agree?

I think serious Obama/government haters would try to start a trouble, yes. What could they do, though? Another civil war in the US is almost inevitable between the gay-hating Christian extemists (now labeled terrorists), who are now anti-corporation and anti-government, and the US government. The latter is controlled by the corporate political machine, which has decided that religion is responsible for putting the US far behind the rest of the world in education. I want religion to go away, so I would side with the government and the corporations in that hypothetical war, at the expense of organic food and clean water.

The US has always been comprised of two cultural elements that are almost impossible to reconcile: obsession with god and obsession with money. Marx would say the two compliment each other very well. This may have been fine in Marx's day. But science has reached a point that it now needs capitalism to thrive and capitalism needs more scientific discovery. Science is the natural enemy of religion.

I believe there's no choice. Romney or Obama can and probably will lead to a huge dispute.

No. Our days of fighting our government with guns on a national level are long gone. The average person just wants a job that will allow them to own a home, provide for their family and be able to take an annual vacation.
Unemployment of 8% means that 92% of the people are working. If we did not have a Civil War in the 1930s during the "Great Depression" when in 1938 the unemployment rate was at (19%) it's not likely to happen at 8-9% unemployment levels.
Note: This was also during the time when a controversal social program came along called Social Security. Every working person was forced to pay this tax. Today the majority of seniors would broke or relying on their children for a place to stay and food if there were no social security or medicaid insurance progams.
Another controversial government program was adding  fluoride to drinking water starting in the 1940s.  During the 1950s and 1960s, some opponents of water fluoridation suggested that fluoridation was a communist plot to undermine public health. Despite opponents' concerns, water fluoridation has been effective at reducing cavities in both children and adults across the country. Having said that today most people drink bottled water.  (not to avoid flouride) but all the other crap in our water supply. LOL!

If he is reelected.. we will have LA Rodney king style violence all over . If/when he is not reelected- there will be race-riots,race murders, looting and mob thuggery....whipped up by the left wing . the black panthers, Farakan, Sharpton because all the fraud they got away with last time will not put them over this time - dont say there was no fraud.. in  08- more people voted than were alive in some counties and ballots were magically found the next days but somehow military votes were missing/unusable  so when he is beat despite the cheating intimidation- oh yes we will see more Black Panthers will billy clubs and no one will do anything about it (again). count on it - the exit poles and straw poles will be skewed with guilt again... because no one wants to be called or beaten up for allegedly being a racist...

People are to lazy to get off their couch and change a TV channel in most cases.  Not to mention they'd probably freak out once they learned they'd be taking orders from someone once a chain of command is established.  Nah, not going to happen.

The deliberately, professionally inflamed passions of the election season lead people to artificially induced fears. The radical negativity of this particular campaign makes that worse. There will be no civil war. There will not be so much as an unusual level of rioting and vandalism. Few Americans have it so bad they will want to go there, and unless we meet the end of the economic and security worlds as we know them most will have no motive to burn down the national house.

What would happen is a landslide Republican takeover of the congress in 2014. Obama is so astoundingly incompetent as chief executive, his administration so disgustingly corrupt, and his party so mind bogglingly clownish on Capitol Hill that the resulting public revulsion will make 2010 look like a warmup.

No of course not.....and although I will not be voting for Mr. Obama, I do not hate him.  I just don't want him in the White House for another term.....he can only hurt us, not help us.
