How do you judge whether you have a successful hub or not?

When my hubs are first published I look for at least one or two google hits in the first week.  How do you judge your success and predict the future of your new hubs?

This all depends on your topic and goals. For me I have one hub that is approaching 250 comments. I consider that good. The down side is it is all hubbers so no one is clicking ads. However I do get the pageviews through HP. For my hubs geared at google traffic I like to see several google or other outside source views in the first week. If my article is getting steady google traffic, getting good feedback from other hubbers, and showing well in the google search I am happy.

I consider a hub successful if it is getting traffic each day.  Depending on the subject matter, I expect different results from different hubs.  For some hubs, I am excited if at least one person reads it per day.  For other hubs, I would be disappointed if they didn't at least have 50 views a day.

To me a hub is successful if it gets traffic the first day I submit it and keeps getting traffic when it is no longer new.  A hub is not successful unless it gets traffic.  I also like getting good comments.  It makes me feel that someone appreciates my work.  Usually I don't look to see where the traffic is coming from.

A successful hub - One which gets sustained  search engine traffic(preferably Google) without you having to update it .

If my hub is getting daily traffic then I will find it successful. Especially if I am getting traffic from search engine that could be the best for my hub. All of us know that nothing is better than organic traffic. Secondly If readers are making comment on my hub it is the sign of a good informative hub.
