Is There Any Proof Or Scientific Evidence That Water Witching Or Dowsing Rods Work?
I have no scientific evidence. The two wells in our yard were both witched. They witched them and the drillers came and drilled the well where the witching took place.
The second well was I think they call it a pounded well. No drell company needed.
I'm not sure if I saying that word right. Will ask my husband when he gets home. We have owned three homes here and all wells were witched.
I don't know about scientific proof, but I do know that dowsing rods will locate water. An old man in the mountains showed and taught me this trick, and I don't need any scientific proof to tell me what I've seen with my own eyes. I still have the pair of brass dowsing rods that he made for me.
I understand the technique works: I tried it myself with inconclusive results. But I am not aware of any replicated double blind tests that would exclude say unconscious reading of the landscape. I believe there have been several studies some of which showed positive results and some negative results.
Yeah...my eye witness observation of a guy using two bent coat hangers that he could not possibly have controlled the way he held them AND the fact that we drilled the well on that spot for 6 gallons a minute water at 75 feet depth.
This was in Gettysburg, Pa., by the way.

A worldwide flood (like described by Noah's flood) is said to be part of many cultures folklore.Creationist proponents belive geological evidence "supports " such an event. Atheists (and others) do not. What do you think?

Matthew Boulder, chief linguist for the project and professor of applied creation sciences at Bob Jones University, issued this statement: “As for the evidence- it is there and it is, to my view, undeniable. The very word of God, elegantly weaved in and out of our very bodies and souls, as plain as...
