Where is the concept of "justice" in our contemporary discourse?
Blatant injustices and inequities abound in many cultures. In the US, questions about justice and equality are ignored and de-legitimization by the oligarchy and the people follow. The discourse is hijacked and the people follow without question.
Difficult to answer, so I'l just say something poetic and abstract. Our government institutions stopped worshipping our nation's two traditional dieties, Lady Justice and Lady Liberty, and replaced them with the vengeful Christian god who loves war and money. Liberty's face that was once on the obverse of all our coins has been replaced by the faces of presidents and "In God We Trust". Justice's image outside of courthouses has been replaced by the Ten Commandments. We're now cursed. This superstitious aspect of our culture has always been around, but it was kept contained by the government not giving the people much of a say in things. Instead of educating the populace, the founders thought it would be wiser to simply leave them out of it all. So today, Democracy doesn't work for us. Unfortunately in US society, if you let the masses run things, we toss out 800 years of common law and go back to burning witches. Too much Democracy + Not Enough Education = Loss of Justice
Equality of opportunity, not forced equality of outcome
I am not sure what you mean by "not forced equality of outcome".

Why people do "Blind Following"?

Let's say that Religion and the concept of the existence of God was erased from the Earth. How would humans, institutions, and ultimately, societies, determine "moral law" if you will? How would it be determined what is right or wrong? What would that process look...

When people follow you, do you follow them back?Do most people follow everyone who follows them? I usually read at least some of their hubs, and if I think it's something I will want to read I follow them. I don't want to follow so many that I can't keep track of them.
