Paris. The beauty and grace. Everywhere you go! I remember climbing Le Arc de Triomphe in the rain, taking pictures and walking under the Eiffel Tower, and most importantly, Rodin's gardens. If there is one place I could visit before I die, it would be the garden's. There stands The Thinker and Hell's Gates, and my favorite, Burghers of Calais. The wonderful tasty food, as well! I gained back the pounds that I'd lost when in England. Even walking around the city was a treat. The buildings have gorgeous architecture, and the people are just simple yet pleasing to the eye.

I have to say Paris too.  But specifically, one late night in a diner after hours with a group of young parisians sitting around a table laughing, talking, drinking,  then dancing. The best part is that they made me feel so welcome.  I was Parisian for one night!  They know how to have a party, impromptu.

Looks like Paris is easily winning this race. It is  really a great place to have fun.

My favourite memory took place in NYC.
Last summer my fiance and I went there for week.. We had been once before but it was in the dead of winter and had been dreaming about going back in the summer time. I have always wanted to walk across the Brooklyn Bridge, and since it was just too cold the first time we went- I made it a point that walking the bridge would be one of the first things we did when we got there last summer.
When we finally reached the middle of the bridge, I was happily taking pictures, when my fiance got down on one knee and proposed to me... Right there in the middle of the Brookyln Bridge.. I had always wanted to walk that bridge and just being up there was wonderful for me.. The fact that everytime I see a photo of the bridge it also reminds me of the day he proposed definitely makes it my happiest memory in city far from home.
