   Hi Renee, I would much rather put up with the cold than 100 degree weather. You can put on many layers to keep you warm, but you can only take off a certain amount of clothes.

   I love the Summer! As long as there is a body of water to take a dip in and I can sip on a margarita or mango daiquiri while listening to my iPod under a hut watching people stroll the beach....(That's heaven on earth) to me! :-)
   I love going to the caribbean islands, Cancun, and similar destinations during the Summer. A lot of people say it's too hot for them during that time of year.

   I'm from the southern coastal area of South Carolina. Hot and humid sunny temps are my favorite. I can always cool off in the ocean or lake. I however never can seem to get warm on a cold day no matter how many layers I put on!

   I'll take cold over extreme heat anyday. Layers of clothes, soup and hot chocolate, the fire place and body heat can all help to keep you warm.

   I live in the northeast and right now it's about 5 degrees and very windy, so the wind chill is probably at about -10...and promises to get colder tonight......it's horrible. I prefer to sweat in the heat....

      Five degrees! Yuck! Pew! Bleh! I'm allergic to freezing temperatures.  I think my brain laughs at me for staying in Maryland all this time because I hate cold weather, but am still here every winter.

   I'd rather freeze as long as I have my gear on. There's nothing you can do in 100 degree heat, especially in DC humidity. Yuck!

      Oh Jan yucky cold weather.  100 degree heat you can go outside and play tennis.  That's the best tennis weather, at least that's what my coaches said.  :-)  The South Africa heat was the best to me.  It was hot and humid and dry, but nice weather.

   12 degrees would be better than 100. Many layers of clothing does help although after a few weeks it would get annoying. Just like the heat.

    100 degrees, please!!! I'd much rather sweat it out than be cold! I hate winter and even though summer can get uncomfortable, I can handle it much better.

    Sweat in hot weather the cold is very miserable.Next time it negative 10 go out side in shorts and a t shirt then report back

    I like the heat as I can't always get warmed up if I'm cold.  However, I will fall back on my one saying in relation to the weather:
    
    "You can always put more clothes on.  It's only socially acceptable to take so many off!"

    That's a tough choice. But I would prefer the later. You can try and keep yourself warm by wearing woolens or sitting around bonfire. Summers make me restless.

    I love summer time because of the activities, but you can always put on more clothes to keep warm. People look at your funny when you take off too many to stay cool!
