Is there a letter of apology you are longing to receive?

Many of us have been deeply hurt by another person.  If you were able to receive a letter of apology from someone, who would that someone be and what would the letter say?

Well yes, though it isn't about love or but more a friendship. I worked very closely with a therapist, setting up her billing and her office when she got her license to practice.  At the time we were pretty close, shared problems and solutions etc.

When she needed a little more help she hired someone else, a woman we both knew. This gal, very organized came in and after a month or so started doing my job (the billing)!  I told this person that this was not acceptable and I walked out.

The therapist and I are still on speaking terms (via email) but I really feel after the closeness we had, she needs to address this and tell me she is sorry - because if it wasn't for me that business would have had no income.

Basically I was pushed out and after all we went thru setting up the business it still hurts not to have your contribution properly acknowledged.

I get the "pushed out...after all we went thru" part, blaringly loud and clear, DM.  Maybe you can take comfort in knowing that the system you set up was so organized it could be seamlessly executed by another.  Kind of like a mom launching her child

    Nope.
Because I'm usually seen as wrong and other are seen as right.
I'll probably get letters of apology when I'm dead.

I just now thought of this, Lor. Maybe the reason we like songs  like Willie Nelson's "You Were Always on My Mind" or Denver's "Sorry" is b/c we not only imagine we're saying those words, but someone is saying them to US! Maybe that's a solution!

I'm sure they will say I'm sorry after I gone because they don't have he courage to say it now. As a matter of fact I know it.
But I'm not planning  big good- bye either.:
