Why Hubbers hesitate to add their Social Real Profiles on HP Profile Page ?
I have added my Google+, Facebook, Twitter, Website and Blogger Profile on my HP profile and any body can visit my social profiles by clicking the icons at my HP profile page. But I find that most of the hubbers social profile icons are not visible and it get difficult to answer their simple questions without visiting their profiles.
I honestly don't understand why you care. If you want to post yours then you should do that. I don't really see how having access to my Facebook or Twitter account helps you comment on one of my hubs or answer a question I post. About Facebook, I would never open that up to the whole world anyway. I use that for my close network (so I can share pictures of family without making them visible globally). Basically, if someone posts a question, answer the question. You don't need Facebook or Twitter access to do that. Maybe I misunderstood the question... Have a good day.
Not sure why others don't, but I am careful regarding who I friend on Facebook. I want to keep it to people I actually know, so I'm not interested in connecting to just anyone who creates a HubPages account. Different venue, different connection criteria.
Some people want to keep their Social Profiles separate or private. I use Facebook to connect with people I really know and I use the new MySpace to connect with Followers or Fans of my writing.
Sometimes the views I express on here, are not something I want to express on Facebook, because some people become agitated if you have a separate view to theirs. Some people also argue a lot and its annoying. Hubpages is an escape from all that!
When it comes to expressing your feelings or poetry, it is also easier to do that with people who you dont know.
It's their own preference if they want to or not. I have come across alot of people here in hubpage that freely linke their social profile. Some would even post it on their Bio.
Lastly I dont think it will make it easier/harder for you to answer question that they have posted.

Okay, this is why I dreaded the coming changeover -- Google authorship was working just fine under the old format, but the new profile page won't recognize my Google profile URL because I have an old Google member profile.Which works just fine with Google authorship, but Hubpages' new profile...

When I click on the profile after flagging the hubs, I notice that there is no information about...

Do you give more attention to new formatted hubber profiles over the old?The new profile formatting is a real improvement in look and usability. Some hubber's profiles are awesome. Does this make you frown on those who have not updated yet? I understand that it's their choice, but do you find...

I am thinking about creating a brand new facebook profile for business use only, so that I could publish my hubs there and my twitter tweets.Does anyone of you have two separate facebook accounts for professional and for private use? Do you think it is worth the time setting up and maintaining?
