Yes I will. My husband is a nascar fan and it will be on our big screen tv with surround sound. So, I will be watching as I scroll hubs and questions!
No, I will not. I do not subscribe to cable TV nor to a satellite TV provider.
Yes I will. It's the biggest race of the NASCAR season and probably one of the top 10 races on the planet.
Races like the Daytona 500, Indy 500, Baja 1000, Monaco GP, Dakar, Monte Carlo Rally, 12 Hours of Sebring, 24 Hours of Le Mans etc. always bring a huge crowd because of their tradition.
As far as what happened yesterday, it's an unfortunate but possible reality when you attend a race. Still, it was a freak accident and I am not dismayed or upset by the incident. Things happen, and naturally you feel sorry for the victims, but preparations we made to the best of their knowledge. Considering how far fan and driver safety has come in the last 50 years, I feel safe when I go to a race.
that's very unfortunate what happened saturday. These new cars are supposed to be lighter and we saw the consequence of that. Hope for fans full recovery. As for driver safety i think they got it figured out. Larson's car was in half and he was fine.
Go Danica!
I'm watching it at this very moment.
Danica is talking right now from her car.

Who is likely to win the Daytona 500 this year? The Daytona 500 is just over two short weeks away. Who is most likely to win the big race? Will it be a former champ like Jeff Gordon or Jimmie Johnson, or an unknown like Derrike Cope or Trevor Bayne?

With Daytona just around the corner, who do you think will win the Superbowl of racing? Will anybody knock off Jimmie Johnson or do you see him winning a 6th straigh title?

Do we really need to watch the news regularly?I have found that the nightly news is mostly negative and believe we do not need to fill our subconscious with it ... events that make us feel helpless and fearful. I watch it only occassionally now and along with many things I do, for my health...

I was talking about this once with a classmate of mine back in high school. A little over a decade ago I believe, and he said that WNBA players are inferior to the NBA players, and that's why he'll never watch the WNBA. Personally, I highly disagree with this statement, as I always...
