Where did my New Follower names go that were in the My Activities section
In the past, I would gt an email that I had a new follower in an email, and then I could check in My Activities and see a ink to them. Then I could go to their site ad read their content and have a conversation with them. Now, I get the email, but I no longer see that they are followers. I have been traveling for a couple of weeks with only sporatic access to HP, so can anyone give me a clue?

Welcome to the never-ending state of things here at HP...change simply for the sake of change. Even when they find something that could not be made any better, they change it to something which is worse. Apparently those charged with keeping the site configured believe that they must re-create the wheel each week if they are to continue getting paid. I believe the whole thing was better when I came here three years ago than it is today but reality tells me to continue to awaiting for more change. Soon you'll be lucky if you can even assoicate a name with the article you just read. ~WB
Wayne, I figure it is the same as with many corporations. With success comes expansion and with expansion comes more employees who fall into the PETER PRINCIPLE, you know what I mean. They have been promoted beyond their level of competence.
If you use the "new" Hub Hopper, you never see the writer's name. And you can't leave comments, either. I think this is the same setup they're using for the mturk thing.
They stopped notifying us of new followers and removed it from the feed. Maybe they are trying to stop people from automatically following back? Some users mass follow other users hoping they'll reciprocate. That's my best guess.
Hi Don.
It's still there, but it moved over to your profile page on the right hand side along with my content, my activity, my following, my followers, and my fan mail. All these changes do tend to give you a head ache.

What has your experience been. Did you notice that the more people you followed, the more people followed you? Did you ever start following people just because you wanted more followers? I have been pretty selective in the people that I follow and I am totally happy with all of the awesome Hubbers...
