What have you done today that makes you feel proud?
I know this is directly taken from a song but I want to find some answers to it!
Finished reading two books and enjoying the last two days of summer. Nothing big for today, but there is always another chance on another day.
I woke up this morning, was able to see another day through and let the people that are close to me know I love them one more time. If you went through what I did last year and can still do all that and still hold a job I feel that is an accomplishment. Last Thanksgiving I didn't think I would be able to do that much and it was all because of my stupidity and hard head. I am proud that I am still here. Greg
That is an accomplishment...that you able to look back and see how much better you are today.
So good to hear that. You certainly have very good reason to be proud. Thank you so much for sharing your accomplishment.
Finished a high-paying writing gig that was kind of a pain for a bit.
Did absolutely nuttin'! With no guilt and no regrets. That makes me more contented than proud, and that's as close as I can get.

Just raised a question regarding the Title Tuner operation. I hope the fellow hubbers will help me with some tips. Then I wished all friends Sri Krishna Jayanthi as tomorrow is his birth day. For your information, Sri Krishna is a Hindu God and often described as The God of Romance and Wisdom.
Not really proud, but I was nice to a stranger and he was almost shocked and very appreciative. It made me feel good and it was nice that he was so moved by a little act of kindness.
I know that is a good feeling and you should feel proud. Greg
Definitely something to be proud about. It's a shame people are shocked by others' kindness - the world should be a lot kinder to everyone every day. Thanks for sharing.
Once again I stood up for my beliefs that all organized religions are false and dangerous to the growth and safety of the world. I did this and do this despite living in one of the most fanatical religious nations on this planet; the U.S.A. The U.S.A. has been ranked by the University of Chicago as the 5th largest religious nation on the planet. To go against the religious grain invites anger, threats, social & economic ostracization in a nation that publicly advocates freedom of speech and claims to be one of the most enlightened and intelligent nations in the world while claiming those living and practicing religion in the middle east to be fanatics.

I have watched the DNC convention all week --- I have heard lots of what Trump has done to destroy America, and how he single-handedly kill hundred of thousand American's due to his handling of COVID. I have heard lot's about the presidents' lack of empath, as well as his flawed character... The...

My boyfriend wants me to conform to his rules and is trying to teach me structure and discipline. I don't agree with what it's doing to our relationship or how it is making me feel. It just so happens that I decided to write about it last night- < no self-promotional links> And...
