    Can you get sore chest & breast if you are stress out and have sore muscles  tense's up

    What can we do.? or take What is the best Exercises  to do. will relax & sleep help? I heard hot or cold pads work or a bath  what cream to   help  To use? what vitamins will help. I read that vitamin E help sore breast  tenderness fatigue and tension How long dose it take to start working? Also would self massage work too

    To answer your first question: Yes you can get a sore chest and breast if you are stressed out and have sore muscles tense up. Soaking in a warm bath of espsom salts is an excellent way to relieve pain. As far as specific exercises go, I would suggest anything that doesn't make the pain worse. Self massage will work too as can tai chi exercises. They help to massage your muscles from the inside out.

    I do not know if stress can cause your breasts to be sore, but I feel like it would be worthwhile to have a doctor check you out, and especially, if in addition to the soreness, there is redness or they feel warm to the touch.
