20,000 views in 6 months from 12 featured hubs = $50. Worth the effort?
Took me about the same number of views and twice as long. Worth it because by the time I got my payout I had forgotten I wrote anything here at all lol. Since then I've been publishing here regularly, and earning twice as much in half the time...which means I still have yet to make my 2nd payout lol. Soon hopefully. I don't really know of other sites that might be better for earning money for general articles, but I know I've tried a few other blog sites and really like HP's easy layout over theirs for composing articles.
What do you think?
Definitely worth it, stuff4kids. You're doing better than most. It will multiply faster as time goes by and you write more. So keep up the good work and pray for good, uninterrupted traffic.
No doubt, it is very much worth and appreciable. In my case, it was just six thousand after six months and when I reached 1st anniversary, I got 26000. Having got a traffic of 20000 in six months is fine and if you try hard, you can can make it a super level of 100,000 on your anniversary here. And you have earned 50$ too within a short span. Really great. Why doubt about it? Be cheerful and celebrate. Do your level best to get 100K Accolade within next 6 months. I am sure, looking on your present going and list of Accolades, you can easily achieve it. Best of Luck dear and prayers too.
Thanks for this selection. I also hope I would be the first one to know when you reach 100K. Best of luck.
Thank you everyone for your generous and supportive remarks. I'll keep at it a little longer then and see how things go!
All the best and every blessing to you all.
Congratulations!
You have done extremely well.
All the best for your future earnings and views!

Aside from the classic "Write good Articles" what is the best way to get backlinks? My top two articles get half their traffic from Pinterest. I make a Top 10 list and just go down the list and pin the photos at the end. And are backlinks worth the trouble? I used to make websites like 8...

I just checked to see when it was that I hit 100,000 views...it was 3 months ago. Today I hit 130,000! That means it took 2 years or so to hit 100,000 but only a fraction of that time to hit another 30,000! I am really shocked to see the numbers grow so fast all of a sudden, but I...

Would you think I must apply now for adsense? I have almost 35 hubs, is it okay now? I have read some forum that they got approved without the 6 month thingy. Some got approved in 3 weeks.
