What is college football's finest rivalry?

   What is college football's finest rivalry?
   
   Michigan-Ohio State is a traditional rivalry among conference opponents.  Florida and Florida State are regional foes not aligned by conference.  And Notre Dame and Southern Cal are neither united by conference or geography.  Do you like one of those or do you have a different favorite?

   It is Army-Navy. No question about it. Sorry to those in Ohio and Michigan. As one who has attended that game in person a couple of times, it is the best sporting event I've been to other than the World Series (haven't made it to the Super Bowl yet).  Norte Dame-USC doesn't have the same ring anymore. Not sure why. They used always play the last game of the season. This year it's being played today. Maybe that's the reason.  Michigan and OSU is a great rivalry, but no different from Alabama-Auburn, which incites violence (at least against trees).  I don't think FLA v FSU garners that much national attention these days.  Nebraska and Oklahoma used to be one of the greatest ever. But through it all, Army-Navy has not changed. And if you ever have the chance, get to that game. Dress warm, it's always freezing.  Great question.

   Alabama and Auburn!  It is truly a fine rivalry to say the least here in southern USA.  When Alabama and Auburn play each other here, whew, it is something to watch for sure.

   It would be Ohio State and Michigan. These teams hate each other. Their fans hate each other. Heck the hatred even carries over to any player that leave the their state to play for the other school. Some fans have not cheered for their kids when their kids have turned their back on their home state school. The people in these two state do not get along at all. The sad thing is; even though it want ever be verified; that cops target people from the opposite in the rivalry. So since it's not just the teams and fans that can't stand one another but both states in whole, Ohio State and Michigan is the best rivalry.
