Do you believe the United States will go through the same demented political chaos in January

when the next round of debating begins? Do you believe that you created this dangerous national calamity with your vote or non-vote if you didn't? Do you really believe that the tyrants, bullies, and bandits will change before this next round? Will the political deceivers drive the middle-class to poverty? Do you believe you should give all your hard earnings to the government to pay off the current debt or just leave it to your children and grandchildren? Do you think that you need to replace your Congressperson and President?  If so, please indicate the Congressperson and President.

Hell Yeah,  one of those tea baggers already said that he would not rule out another shutdown. Who voted these insane posse clowns into office anyway? The folks who voted these people in should realize that a Teabagger Shutdown is not a political strategy but violation of constitution, duties & oath:

    Congress: dereliction of duty

The irresponsibility of Republicans should be punished as treason for violating the  following oath of any Congressional office:

"I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God."

What are these "duties of the office" mentioned in the oath?  Article I of the Constitution spells them out in Section 8.  The very first one: "The Congress shall have the Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States..."

The United States Congress did lay & collect Taxes,Duties,Imposts,&Excises; pay the Debts,& provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the US during the shutdown.

Absolutely...there is no significant group there either with the courage or the capability to fix it.  More of them are part of the problem rather than the solution.  Just look at the last situation, Obama trampled all over the Constitution with his threat to voluntarily default on the debt service of the nation. By all that is right, he should be under consideration for impeachment on that point alone.  On the other side, the Senate miraculously gains compromise and once we see the details find that Republican Minority Leader, Mitch McConnell sold out for $2.9 billion dollars in pork to go to his State of Kentucky just in time for his re-election bid.  This barrel is rotten to the core and filled with leftist, marxist, socialist, communist, and outright thieves who are selling the America we once knew down the river.

We are seeing the worst President supported by the worst Senate and House drive the nation into a debt grave. Those who recognize this are thrown under the debt bus by those who seek reelection by screwing the middle class.

Wayne, totally succinct regarding your analysis.  There should be a thorough sweep of Washington including the president. This president is indeed the most corrupt president in history. He has no regard for the voters, the Constitution,& this coun

Personally I think we should vote all of them out and bring sanity back to Washington. It is unconscionable for any country to be 17 trillion in debt and continue to spend a trillion more than you bring into the treasury.. Sanity has to be voted back in, if our people can put aside their politics and put the country first once again
This will take enormous courage from all the electorate and not just the normal 25% that vote.

You are correct. We must activate the patriots and restore the nation to its freedom protection for the individual.

The Tea Party has shown its ugly face for what it really is: a maniac willing to destroy anything to try and get their way. People noticed, and I just don't really imagine the smart Republicans ever hitching back up to that suicide bus. Until the GOP decides to take out the trash, I expect they will remain split from here on out, so, no we won't have to do this again.

junkseller - your handle is certainly very appropriate.
The Taxed-Enough-Already (TEA) Party will restore the American Dream.
TEA Party patriots will continue to spread truth because we have 17-trillion reasons to halt the death of the USA.

Support for the Tea Party is the lowest it has ever been and dropping. I think you are deluding yourself. Your 'truth' is a phantom menace that most of us are not fooled by.

      Silence is golden.
And the polls do not represent a valid appraisal of the current TEA environment.  Boundless motion is soon to rise as the patriots rise to challenge the political pundits that ruin the nation.
It is time for the phantom to arrive

Definitely, yes. The manufactured anxiety created by our leaders will continue for no reason other than, that's what politicians do. So unfortunate, but true. It's a new atmosphere of politics, [I refrain from blaming any one person] but some elected officials seem to be driven more by their personal beliefs and values, convincing themselves that they are saving the masses from a future of deterioration. Is it really that serious or are they allowing their egos and agendas to lead their decisions? I dunno. But I do expect the same on January 15th.

I agree with you completely. Politicians become detached the minute they believe they have all the power. These transformers then believe they can impose anything they wish upon the public. The apathetic public then is drained of all ambition.
