I miss Xiaobai, my first pet dog and my first pet. She was stolen by some bad people years ago, but I never forget her and always pray for her. She was smart and pretty, but spoiled too much, then lacked independence. That was not a good education.

My first pet was a cat named Alexander. I was two. My mom was allergic so he had to go, I was little I do not think I noticed. Or maybe I did! I always have more than one cat now!

I think you noticed. It was long long time ago, and you were so young, and now still have memory.

My first pet was a cat named Catherine.  I was 6.  The thing is, Catherine was a boy but I thought all cats were girls and all dogs were boys!

Wow me too!  Everyone thinks I'm crazy when I tell them that's what I used to think.  I have no idea why I thought that.  When I was little we had two cats and a dog, all girls.

Too funny!  I wonder where we came up with that idea?  It's comforting to know I wasn't the only one who thought that!

My first pet was a black and white kitten I named Pee Wee and my cousin from Ohio carried her around and squeezed her on a visit to our house and she died that night. I buried her and put her name on a cross. I was nine or ten. We had animals before that but they weren't personally mine.

My first pet (actually he was my dad's) was a dog named Peanuts. He was a small mixed breed and we had him from right before I was born until I was 19. I still remember almost everything about him. As far as I'm concerned, he's the best dog who ever lived.

I remember all the pets that we had right from the very first one when I was in kindergarten. There was KC, Rocky, Nicko, Muffin, Tommy ... A day hasn't passed that I didn't think of them.
