I would honestly just take your dog in, it's an emergency, and that vet needs to see that dog right away.  Don't take no for an answer!  Just go in and get the poor guy some help!

Is the pus coming from the flap of the ear or from the canal where he hears?
If it is from the canal, it is a lot more serious. He may be holding his head at an angle from a busted eardrum.
If the pus is coming out of the flap of the ear, (is that what you meant by lower right ear?) you can clean it up with hydrogen peroxide or betadine.
Are you in a very small town? Do you have a store that sells herbal products? You can ask them for a product for pain. Also, if you live in a very small town you can ask around and a lot of times there will be a farmer who is used to treating dogs too. Do you have any neighbors you can ask?
Try to send me an answer here and I will see if it the herbal medicine for pain is something we use here and will reply. If the pus is coming from the ear canal, and not the flap, write back here too.

Clean it the best way you can. You will need antibiotics from a vet. I know you said there is no local vet, but try calling emergency animal hospitals for advice. Sometimes the local human society has a care center that can help.

Thank you very much for responding, On the lower flap there's a small scar but the pus is coming from the ear canal and its always wet and oozing and he's in real pain
