Is it alright to comment on every hub that I fallow and my followers? Or, is that stalking?
If you have something to say there is nothing wrong with commenting anywhere. Just know that many hubbers have comments set for their approval before appearing on the hub, so if you don't see it right away that is why.
If they don't answer, chances are they aren't active, so check MY ACTIVITY and if they have no activity showing, they have been gone at least 3 months and possibly longer. You can check the dates on hubs to see last published and that is another way to see when they were here last
.
If you are following same hubbers, and are looking for feedback, again, probably better off following ACTIVE hubbers, so you get good feedback and possible followers back.
When we talked the other day, I mentioned checking MY ACTIVITY on hubbers you are interested in, so it is a good idea before you waste a lot of time on people who haven't been here from 3 months to as long as 5 years, their stuff is still here, because they didn't close their accounts, but chances are they have gone on to other sites.
Good Luck
The answer to that is based on you. If you have something pertinent to say then say it. If you are being a stalker then that's just wrong. You know exactly how you feel so just do the right thing.
When I was young there was no such thing as being a stalker unless you were a real freak hiding outside someones window with a knife. Kids call something stalkerish. This makes no real sense to me. People are curious and people have opinions and never have we been able to express opinion so well as with the invention of social media. I don't partake of facebook because the fakeness of most of my friends and family makes me ill. They will be sweet and lovely on facebook and then be a total B@@@TCH to your face. UGH VOMIT! But what I am getting at is that stalkerish came from facebook I think and people scope out profiles and the like. I say so what. If you like someone then go talk to them. If you are stalking them then go turn yourself in to the police.
And please say what you like. I know I do.
I don't think it's stalking, I call it being an active member of HP. I don't comment on every hub I read, yet my guess is I leave comments on about 90% of them. I also love it when people leave comments on my hubs.
I think it's fine, I don't think it's stalking unless your comment is off topic or you are insulting others. Commenting shows that you are interested in what you read and are engaged in my humble opinion. Just don't expect a response each time though.

Hey Hubpages Staff,I've been a member for 15 months now and have been told countless times that "Share with Followers" is NOT to be used by the author of a hub. Then why is it that the FEED is loaded with Hubbers promoting their own work?

Hello,I've been working hard over the past six months per hubpages and have what I think are a number of nice, interesting hubs. They are getting read quite a bit but few other hubbers choose to follow me. I sometimes will run a query of a topic I'm interested in (like the singer Neil...

What's your take on jealousy among hubbers on Hubpages?I published a hub a few days ago. The hubscore started at 66 and has been doing great. Two nights ago the hub went to 91. A hubber left a comment on the hub - "How did you get that many followers?". The hubber did not say anything...

Is it only me, or are there others who think that it should be a common courtesy to reply to comments made to a hub. I always reply to comments made by my followers and others, and people who I follow do the same. I have noticed however, that some hubbers have comments left on their page, and they...

I just had a comment in one of my hubs with a self-promotional link, which is against HubPages' terms of service. Of course I denied the comment. But then I went to that Hubber's profile and checked his activity. He had posted similar comments in dozens of other Hubber's Hubs. When I looked at...
