Why is change so hard when it's your first time meeting it?
I've witnessed a lot of "go with the flow' people and I noticed when the time for change comes they never really understood what to do, so they just gave up. Why is change so hard?
You have to ask yourself, "Have I prepared myself for this? Was this expected? Am I ready for change?" You have to ask for the courage to change and know the difference. There are many people who believe to change means to start over, leave everything behind, count your losses. Other people believe to be grateful with what you have and make the best of it, see the good in others and weather the storm. I know it gets complicated, but in the end we must make the right choice.
Change can be hard, when you aren't exposed to it before.
I believe if you are a sheltered individual who isn't or who hasn't been exposed much it will be hard to deal with.
I had an experience where I had to work amongst loud boisterous people but because I was not use to such working environment with foul mouth people I found it hard to adjust. It killed me mentally but I had to learn how to adjust until I am out of it. For survival I simply find ways to block those people, I couldn't blame them much that is what they know.
Do not allow any change to change you, unless it is for your well being and for your personal upliftment. Learn to survive and you will make it. If you dwell on all the negatives within that change you will be defeated and your purpose unfulfilled.
Be strong, toughen up so one day can tell a youth how you dealt with your changes when it came your way.
All the best.
Basically people are naturally resistant to change even when the change is for the better. Working in the manufacturing business, it is important to find ways to encourage people to embrace the change.

Why are there so many different races if we all came from adam and eve? Does it support evolution that we changed to different faces and colors and body types because we were exposed to different conditions that made our body adapt? If not then pls. explain.

Why is it easier to edit the writing of others than our own?I've noticed that if I am working on an editing assignment; I can easily spot mistakes and fix them. When I edit my own, even after taking a break after writing it; it can be difficult to see and hear my own mistakes. The...
