   Usually I work in the garden or do some woodworking.  I enjoy both of these activities and find them very relaxing.  Both of these activities take my mind off of work immediately.

   There might be variety of things to do. Taking rest, having coffee or some drink, having bath, have lunch, cooking food,reading, writing or watching TV or gossiping with friends and neighbours or spending with family. There are so many things to do, you see.

   I go to the casino close by and lose money!! Sometimes I actually win. It's a stress relief for me. Probably not a good one. I also paint in oils and do some photography for fun. Where I live there is not much to do..

      I hope you can watch TV and view magazines or something like that when there is nothing much to do. Play with children if you have them with you. These are all stress relievers no need to lose money.

   Go out for a walk and enjoy the fresh air, do some shopping(clothes and shoes), and have something to eat in a restaurant for a change. Visit friends that I have not seen for a while. Just chill out anywhere that takes my fancy. I love gardening but sometimes I need to get away from it. Although I enjoy it, it is quite exhausting sometimes so I need a break.

      I think, there won't be shopping daily in the sense like above mentioned by you (clothes and shoes).  The question asked relates to daily breaks and regular breaks, as I hope. It is not weekly or monthly long break.
